Vebesto Social is a multi-workspace social publishing platform for teams, agencies, and brands. It lets users connect supported social accounts, prepare content, collaborate on reviews, schedule posts, and publish approved media across supported channels.
1. Scope of the service
Vebesto Social is a software service for managing social media operations across multiple workspaces. The service supports account connection, draft creation, media management, approvals, scheduling, and publishing for businesses, agencies, creators, and brands that use the platform.
The platform is account-based. Access is available to users who sign in to a workspace directly or are invited by a workspace owner or administrator.
2. Authorized use
- You may use the service only for lawful business and content operations purposes.
- You must keep your login credentials secure and may not share access outside your organization or approved team.
- You may not use the service to violate platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.
3. Connected platforms and publishing responsibility
When you connect Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or any other supported platform, you authorize Vebesto Social to access the platform features needed to display the connected account, store connection metadata, and perform the actions you explicitly request, such as preparing, scheduling, or publishing approved content.
Vebesto Social uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel or using YouTube features in Vebesto Social, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
Use of Instagram features is also subject to the Instagram Terms of Use and Meta's platform policies.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of the content you publish, as well as for complying with the policies of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and every other connected platform.
4. Content workflows
- Drafts, media assets, captions, schedules, and approval notes are stored to operate collaborative publishing workflows.
- Content is published only through user-initiated or authorized workflow actions available inside the product.
- Feature availability may vary by platform, account type, and audit or compliance status.
5. Availability, suspension, and changes
We may update, limit, or suspend parts of the service when required for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, vendor policy changes, or compliance reasons. We may also suspend access if a connected account, workspace, or user activity presents legal or security risk.

Our handling of account information, connected platform data, workspace content, and operational logs is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect accounts or request deletion of your data as described on the Data Deletion page.
