Data Deletion Instructions

1. Disconnect an account inside Vebesto Social

• Sign in and open Social Accounts in your workspace.
• Choose the Instagram, YouTube, or other account you want to remove and click Disconnect.
• Its access tokens, profile data, and any scheduled posts that target only that account are deleted immediately.

2. Remove access from Instagram or Facebook

• On Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
• Find Vebesto Social and click Remove.
• Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the stored access tokens for that account.
• If you also send a data deletion request from those settings, we delete the account's profile data and scheduled content as well, and Meta gives you a confirmation code and a status link.

3. Remove access from your Google / YouTube account

• Open myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Select Vebesto Social and choose Remove access.
• Our access to your YouTube channel ends immediately. Stored tokens and channel data are deleted when the account is disconnected in Vebesto Social, or on request as described below.

4. Ask us to delete all of your data

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the email address of your Vebesto Social account and the usernames of any connected accounts. We delete your user account, connected account tokens, profile data, and uploaded content within 30 days and confirm by email.

5. What we keep

Content you already published stays on Instagram, YouTube, or the other platform. To remove it there, delete it directly on that platform. We may keep minimal records, such as a log that a deletion happened, where the law requires it.
