Privacy Policy
This page explains what Vebesto Social does, what information it processes, and how that information is used when authorized users connect social platforms, prepare content, collaborate in workspaces, and publish approved posts.
1. What the product does
Vebesto Social is a multi-workspace social media publishing platform. It is used by businesses, agencies, brands, and their authorized team members to connect supported social channels such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, manage shared media, create drafts, collect approvals, schedule posts, and publish content.
2. Information we process
- Account and workspace details such as name, email address, organization membership, and role.
- Connected platform data such as social account identifiers, profile metadata, OAuth or API connection records, and permission scopes needed to operate the integration.
- Content operations data such as captions, media files, schedules, approval comments, publishing history, and delivery status.
- Technical and security data such as basic logs, error events, and service activity needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the platform.
3. Why we use this information
- To authenticate users and control workspace access.
- To connect external social accounts and perform the actions explicitly requested by authorized users.
- To support collaboration features such as drafts, reviews, approvals, scheduling, and publishing.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and improve reliability.
4. Instagram and Meta data
When you connect an Instagram professional account, Vebesto Social uses the Instagram API provided by Meta. With your permission we access:
- Basic profile information: account ID, username, display name, profile picture, and follower count, so we can show which account is connected.
- Content publishing permission, so we can publish the photos, videos, reels, and carousels that you or your team schedule or publish from Vebesto Social.
- Comments, messages, and insights on your own content, where you enable those features, so you can review engagement and reply from your workspace.
Instagram data is used only to provide these features to you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the infrastructure providers that host the service.
5. YouTube and Google data
Vebesto Social uses YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube channel we access, with your permission:
- Your channel ID, channel title, profile image, and subscriber count, to display the connected channel.
- Permission to upload videos, so we can publish the videos and metadata (title, description, tags, privacy status) that you schedule or publish from Vebesto Social.
- Read access to your videos, comments, and basic statistics, where you enable those features, so you can see performance and manage comments on your own content.
By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google processes your data under the Google Privacy Policy.
Vebesto Social's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
You can revoke Vebesto Social's access to your Google account at any time from the Google security settings page.
6. How tokens and connected data are stored
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted in our database and are used only by our servers to perform the actions you request. Tokens are refreshed automatically while an account stays connected and are deleted when you disconnect the account.
7. Sharing and third-party platforms
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only when needed to run the service, such as with hosting and infrastructure providers, or with connected platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok when a user authorizes an integration or initiates a publishing-related action.
If you use the optional AI writing assistant, the prompt and draft text you enter are sent to Google Cloud Vertex AI to generate suggestions. Data received from Instagram or YouTube APIs is not sent to AI providers.
Connected platforms operate under their own terms and privacy practices. When you connect a platform account, that platform may independently process data according to its own policies.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as it is needed to operate workspaces, maintain records of publishing activity, resolve incidents, and satisfy legal or operational requirements.
- Disconnecting an account inside Vebesto Social immediately deletes its stored tokens and profile data, along with scheduled posts that target only that account.
- Removing Vebesto Social from your Instagram or Facebook settings, or revoking access in your Google account, stops all further access. Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the stored access tokens; a data deletion request sent from Meta also deletes the connected account's profile data and scheduled content.
- You can ask us to delete all of your data at any time. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

9. Security
Access to workspace data is limited to authorized users and to operators with a legitimate need to support the service. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and credentials are encrypted at rest.
10. Children's privacy
Vebesto Social is a business platform and is not intended for use by children.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
